At Sarita Village, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
No-shows or early checkouts are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Guests will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.
Please note that bank processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or card provider.
